The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Brickell Key
A new development project is set to launch in late 2023, featuring two towers with distinct features and offerings. Tower One will stand at an impressive height of 800 feet and will house 220 residences ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. Additionally, Tower One will include two duplex penthouses, each spanning an expansive 6,000 square feet. Prices for the residences will start at 3.5 million dollars.
Tower Two, on the other hand, will be home to the prestigious Mandarin Hotel. With a height of 400 feet, it will boast 151 guest rooms, 61 private residences, and 28 hotel residences. This tower will offer a luxurious and elegant experience for guests and residents alike.
The architectural design of the development will be handled by Kohn Pederson Fox Associates (KPF), known for their bold and innovative designs. They will redefine the city's skyline with their vision for the exterior architecture.
To create captivating and visually stunning interiors for The Residences, Parisian designer Tristan Auer will lend his rich aesthetic vision. Auer's expertise will bring a touch of elegance and sophistication to the living spaces within the development.
The hotel interiors will be crafted by Laura Gonzalez, a highly acclaimed Parisian designer recognized in the AD 100 and Elle Décor A-List. Gonzalez's artistic sensibility will infuse the hotel with an exquisite and inviting ambiance.
Leading the landscape architecture of the development will be the renowned Thai firm Shma. Their expertise will ensure that the outdoor spaces surrounding the towers are beautifully designed and integrated with the overall concept.
This marks the first new development commission in the United States for Tristan Auer, Laura Gonzalez, and Shma. Their collective talents will contribute to creating an extraordinary and unique experience for residents and guests at this highly anticipated project.
